JSO Wood Products approached SEO440 with the goal of evolving their current site from a “good” brand portfolio website into a “world-class” ecommerce store. By taking a customer-centric approach to UX and Design, we were able to create a successful, scalable, and sustainable digital platform that not only represents the JSO brand, but seamlessly sales and markets products online.

Through extensive UX research & discovery, SEO440 was able to determine the key challenges in selling Wood Edgebanding and Veneer Products online. We then set out to create a strategy that would automate and digitize the whole process, starting from selling to shipping. This also helps personalize users’ on-site experience to meet these challenges, all while bringing the brand and brand mission to fruition with a focus on backend management, marketing, and growth.
